How We work...
We believe in keeping things simple. Once you complete the Contact Form we will contact you within an hour, by your preference of phone or email, to get details of your issue. If we believe that we can be of service we will send you a PayPal invoice for $1,000 USD. This fee includes up to 3 hours of work, commencing once the PayPal invoice is paid and we gain remote access to your systems. After 75 minutes into our initial investigation, should we believe that your issue will take longer than 3 hours to resolve we will provide you a full report identifying the problem and an estimate of the number of additional hours required for a full resolution. Additional hours are billable at $300 USD/hour. We guarantee our work and 100% customer satisfaction. Many of our clients are Fortune 500 companies and Government Agencies.
